[It's cold in town, enough to get a bit of snow, and that makes Jack's day. He loves the cold, and he's quite resistant to it, only leaving his small, shitty apartment in his usual hoodie. Who needs jackets? No him. He needs to feel that chill, feel the excitement of a potential snow ball fight.
It's a pity Jamie won't be here for that. The Bennets left for the holidays already, spending Thanksgiving with his and Sophie's grandparents, and staying there until Christmas. It's a lot of time, but thankfully Mrs Bennet has given Jack a nice holiday bonus. He misses the children like burning, though, he can't believe how attached he's become to them.
At least this means free time. This morning Jack sleeps until late, and when he goes out, earbuds full volume, he decides the first spending of his bonus money is a nice, COLD frappuccino... which he accidentally spills on the shirt of the person he bumps into.]
HEY! Watch where--
[Jack is face to face with a wide, muscled chest. He knows that chest.
